got new idea for nascar drivers

if most of drivers are so unhappy when they don't win and it's allways the crew cheif fault or his pit crew so when driver screws up they fire ever one but driver ------------ let the driver pull up for pit stop then get out of car put gas in and change 4 tires set wedge or what ever then get a drink of water get back in car go race
