There are times and places that this sort of conduct should not happen. A responsible adult, in the public spotlight that Kurt Busch and other NASCAR drivers have chosen to be in, would not act like this. Many, many people do not speak this way in the heat of the moment of any other time. Others speak this way all the time. I think it has a little to do with their upbringing. BTW, this isn't an isolated example. Check out this video from New Hampshire, I believe and if you want there are more samples from Richmond.

Well, I understand being frustrated when something goes wrong and you're out of a race. The cussing, throwing a tantrum etc., doesn't bother me either. I understand. HOWEVER, to call a grown man, and especially a respected reporter a MF'R...somebody's getting a fist in their nose. What a little puss.

IN his defense, the media cornered him right after a problem then wanted him to (wait) so they could interview live.

Yeah I know they are both (Kurt and Kyle) are of age to be adults. But what if your child (or maybe I should say Boy Wonders) where at the age of say 15 or 16 and they acted like these guys do. Who cares if they have all the talant of the next NASCAR SUPER STARS!. What would you as a parent do????? Now remember we have Laws that keep you from BEATING the Boys.

My Dad would have fired that open palm right hook to the side of my head in a split second(he boxed in the Navy)! To this day, even at 80 years old, he can give me "the look" and I know he's disappointed in something I've done or said. Ha ha!

Its one thing to cuss, its another to blatantly disrespect the media. Besides, who treats Jerry Punch like that? He is one of the nicest guys I ever met.

Ocala Jim, every time I listened to Dale Sr on the scanner he was cussing about something. I remember when Skinner first came to the team and at practice in Daytona I must have heard "that f...ing 31 is gonna kill us all" half a dozen times.
