That must be the DUMBEST use of money in any state in the union. BUT the 9th circuit court in Ca. can do one better if they have a chance.

Reading that puts me one step closer to selling all my stuff, That isnt such a cut and dry case, but I read one time about a sprint car crash out in the midwest. It was a one car crash. The car flipped up into the flagstand and killed the flag man. The driver of the sprint car was tried and convicted of manslaughter.
