All I can tell you is that Bright house says they are working on it. They are suppose to stop that with their protection but I have put two anti virus programs now on my computer and hopefully it will stop. Just don't open anything from me unless I have a subject on it that makes sense to you.

Jane, change your email password. I think someone has hijacked your account. Changing the password should stop it.

Just remove me from your e-mail list and I wont recieve anymore. I really don't see how brighthouse can help you, the virus is on your computer and has nothing to do with them.

Bright House has virus protection with their Lightning broadband which is suppose to work but I deleted my whole address book which took me about 2 days so that should stop it. Let me know if it doesn't.
