just my thought; fines and points somtime don't even bother some drivers, maybe they need to be parked for more than one race. They suspend people indefinitly for drug infractions.

Considering Hornaday drove in the first corner 10 times over his head knowing there was a slower car on the inside and never let out, he is as much to blame for not considering his surroundings. He drove himself and Busch into the outside wall first. Are we all going to act ingnorant to the fact that Hornaday was aware of the drama and history between Busch/Harvick this year? He knew exaclty what he did and what he deserved for making such a stupid move on lap 15. Did he really think Kyle wouldn't assume it to be a continuation of this years drama? They just got pissed because through it all this year, they haven't been able to intimidate him. Kudos to Kyle for that!

While Harvick will GIVE Hornaday a new truck for next week, Kyle has to buy HIMSELF another to be back. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!

There is a reason why Hornaday is a career truck driver and Kyle can win in all 3 NASCAR divisions. Ones a ugly puppet and the other is a controversial WINNER!!! Controversial WINNERS sell sponsorships and tickets!!!

I never listen to what Kyle has to say, he does ALL his talking to me on the track. Results don't lie. He's not the only winner, but he is DEFINATELY one of the few.

90% of NASCAR drivers are great politicians padding their nest egg. The other 10% are in it for the ride to glory and fame. I'm all for the 10%!!!

There is a big difference between racing and a demolition derby. Just like there is a difference between a green flag and a yellow flag. Safety crews are on the track during yellow flags. Use your heads. I don't care who you are and what level of racing, wrecking someone under a yellow flag is STUPID and DANGEROUS for many. I still think law enforcement should charge the punk.

When your a racer that has been taken out of contention and can catch the guy only under caution, caution it is. You might not win but he won't either!

Hindesight for Kyle, he should have said after Ron put me in the wall my throttle hung and as we were going down the backstretch he was right in front of me. Even though I had nowhere to go I was hoping he could help me slow down when I killed the ignition. He was doing all he could to get us woed up but in the end we both wound up in the wall and I ruined his championship hopes.....I'm really sorry for what happened and its just sad this happened this early in the race....We both had a shot a winning here.....

Again who can tell the difference between green and yellow.....Rules are rules....history cannot dictate the interpretation of a rule....every incedent has to be called as it is by the rulebook.....The hindesight theory IS plausable without the history.....

Under yellow, it should have criminal implications. Property damage and assault with a deadly weapon. I would think local law would trump NASCAR everywhere but Daytona.

Last year under yellow at either Texas or Atlanta Jeff Burton buried Jeff Gordon in the wall in an almost identical fashion. Where were all the people then wanting Jeff Burton's head. Oh yeh thats right Jeff is one of the good guys had to be an accident with him doing it right. Nascrap did nothing then but as we all know Nascrap don't like Kyle.
