Track sells!!!!!! or should I say tracks?!

Monroe Motor Speedway was sold yesterday at auction for a mere $760,000! An investor out of MN bought the facility. I spoke to them yesterday and they vowed to keep it a race track.

Southern National Speedway in Keenly NC also sold over the weekend..at auction also for around $650,000.

Both tracks had been closed and were sold upon Bank approval.

Not sure about all of that just yet....I am a free agent right now and am looking over some offers and entertaining others. Not sure just what the future holds on that one LOL
