Problem when doing an 'Attachment'

I seem to have a problem alot when I try to do an 'Attachment' to a post, i get 'Invalid File', is it just me, or does anyone else have this happen to them too?

You may need to resize it. What type of file is it?

Rick, i think i got it now, it was a YouTube video that i had saved to 'My Documents', because it wouldn't let me save the link. I will cut and paste the link.
