Favorite Oxymorons

Now there's a new one to add to my list.
Everyone likes to use "Jumbo Shrimp"
or "Military Intellegence" .
But my list includes originals like
" Soccer Highlights "
and " Rap Artist " .
Now I'll add
" Drift Competition ".
Why would it be exciting to see (1) car slide around the track when you could watch (24) Sprint cars do it all at the same time ?
I may be old now and just don't get it .

I'm right there witcha, BVS. I have *never* understood this whole "drift" phenomenon. "Fast and the Furious"? Why was it, that in ALL of those movies, the COOL, bad-assest muscle cars were *always* destroyed or made "wimpy" (a '68 Mustang fastback with a *Nissan* motor in it? You have GOT to be kidding me...)?
