Kyle Bush lost his driver’s license for 45 days on Tuesday for driving 128 mph on a road close to a day-care center and church in a nearly $400,000 car. He also was fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 hours of community service and put on one year of unsupervised probation. He pleaded guilty to speeding and no contest to reckless and careless driving in North Carolina District Court in Iredell County.

Hey Bobby, I agree, and like I said, he deserved and got the max. Sentence. But, because I'm tunaman, I don't understand why the paper said someone else going 128mph on the same road only got a $300 fine. Love Kyle or hate him I dare say hes probably a better driver than the other guy and no doubt love or hate Toyota (Lexus, same thing, I hate both) Had a lot better car. Now remember everyone, I said HE DESERVED THE MAXIMUM! Heck, my wife got a $200+ ticket for running a red turn arrow, that was really yellow. PS, hey, he was "no contest" to Childres!! LOL
