This Friday (8/19) at Orlando...Bright House Challenge

Join us this Friday at Orlando SpeedWorld for the Bright House Challenge Series Super Late Model 50 along with the Gary Yeoman's Ford Pro-Trucks, Mini Stocks and Strictly Stocks. Super Late Models, there is no entry fee for this race and the complete purse can be found at the following link: http://orlandospeedworld.org/?page_id=50

Grandstands open at 6pm with racing at 8pm. General Admission is $15.00 for adults $13.00 for seniors (65+) and Military. Kids 11 and under are free. We hope to see everyone at Orlando SpeedWorld.

Kim,can the strictly stocks get shuffled around in the schedule like we were before all the rain shut us down for a couple of weeks?It was nice to race earlier in the night and not get the lights shut off as we are trying to load up the cars.Thanks.

Luis, you need to contact OSW GM Barbara Pierce at the Track Office 407-568-1367 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. She is the one that makes the weekly schedules for Orlando Speedworld and I am not sure how much time, if any, that she spends on the message boards.

I guess the strictly stocks are last because they're about the best drwa now. Would seem rotating the schedule would make more sence. Didn't they used to at NSS?

David Rogers set fast time and started on the pole. Wayne Anderson was outside. Rogers took off and built a good lead. A few early cautions and a long green flag stretch. Somewhere around the 35 lap mark, a caution bunched up the field. They were restarting single file due to a weepy track. Depending on who you're a fan of, 84 either drove through Rogers or Rogers came down on him and they both spun. Both racecars sustained front end damage and went to the pits for repairs. Starpoli inherited the lead but didnt refire on the restart. Clouser then took the point and cruised home from there. Keith Lilley was second

I talked to Barb (or should I say she set me straight,LOL.).You know we love ya Barb just trying to lighten to post up.We ran Last cause of the 3 weeks in a row of big Late and Super Late races.So we should resume the mixing on the regular nights.No problem I see their point.
