My morning with Jack

A long, emotional day. I will be letting folks know more about Jack and his requests and concerns going forward. He knows has little time left and is preparing his family and laying out what he wants. He has asked me to handle some things for him and I am honored to so do. He was comforted today with bible scriptures and prayer together. Pray for Kathy and his girls now as they take care of the plans and deal with their coming loss.

I was able to read some letters folks e-mailed me last night and each posted message that came in on my phone, he was touched by each one, with tears and he would say " that means so much".

We will of course be keeping everyone up to date on details etc.

He said to tell everyone Thanks so much.

Thank you Rick for being there for Jack, Cathy and the girls. I know it meant alot to him. I have always loved Jack as my friend and always will. Friends do have disagreements but in the end, a true friend is still there and I will always be there for him and his family.

But thank you for being there also. Jack and I spent 15 wonderful years together working on KARNAC and helping each other thru some personal ordeals as well. I pray for him and his family every night and will continue to do so. I know that there will be one more special angel looking over us one of these days and I pray that his last days be good days and pain free.

Thanks so much for making sure that Jack hears from us, as most of us cannot make the trip south in order to personally deliver our messages. Jack is a lucky man to have a friend like you who can do so much for him at this time, and I can only hope to be so lucky when my time comes. Please know that in addition to praying for Jack and his family, we are also including you in those prayers as well, as you deserve them!
