Here is the deal, I AM the ONLY moderator this board has. I have a full time job that has me working many different hours including the announcing I do on the weekends. I mostly rely on the e-mails I recieve about the board when there are problems as I do not have the time to read every post. I do not get paid to do this. I do not have time to baby sit adults so if you have a problem with someone PM your phone number and hash it out that way.
I could just make every post so they have to be approved before being posted and totaly censor everything I don't like such as a another board does but I really don't have the time for it. From this point on any poster I deem a problem will go on moderated status. Play nice, get along and settle your problems with someone somewhere else.

Rick I respect your work and your position but without a clear simple to understand set of rules it will look like you are the dictator and moderation will be subjective. This style of messageboard management will lead to unfair punishment if the whole story of disputes is not followed. You need some help and the board needs to be managed with rules and enforcement according to the atmosphere KARNAC desires.

Good luck, dictatorship does not work. You really need some help with the board.

I think I made it pretty clear if you want to have a petty argument with someone, PM them your phone number and do it that way. Pretty simple I must say. There will be no subjective Moderation everyone will feel the rath of the KARNAC Message Board Dictator (I have been called much much worse)
To put it in terms that may be easier understanded here:

"If the Yellow comes out EVERYONE involved is going to the rear."
