The Tampa Bay Area Racing Association (TBARA), known as "the ground pounders," and Desoto Super Speedway have finally come to terms, so hold on to your hats, these sprint cars powered by fire-breathing 750 HP motors are back at Desoto Super Speedway starting next weekend July 30th… other races dates: 8/20, 9/17, 10/29 and 11/26 driven by some of the best drivers in the country …Butler, Steele, DeCaire, Teate, Gilbert, and Hoelzle are back by popular demand…This is definitely the BEST WING SPRINT SHOW...period! What has changed?

I wondered about that also. The asphalt sprint car racing in Florida has been nearly non-existent this year because of a dispute between the track owners and the sanctioning bodies over sanctioning fees, or payouts if you prefer to call it that. So apparently one party or the other has capitulated and is either paying more or receiving less. I sure hope it works.
