PGS wants to keep their trucks there. So by doing this it will eliminate them from running anywhere else or running special events like Rick Bristol's Charity race he runs every year, unless they do a lot of work to convert back.
Youre exactly right dd38. I've said all along all the differant rules is to keep my cars here, trouble is, it keeps everyone elses from visiting.
