Can anyone help identify the man in this photo in the white shirt holding the trophy?
This photo was taken in Ft. Pierce at Treasure Coast Speedway
in 1967 after winning a 100-lap championship race.
I have been trying to identify both men in this photo to the
right of myself and my B-I-L Kenny Faircloth who won the race.
Now thanks to Marty Little I know that the guy in the black
& white striped shirt is flagman Penny Pender. (Thanks Marty!).
Now all I have left to ID is the guy holding the trophy and
shaking Kenny’s hand.
I can only assume that he is either the promoter
or maybe the announcer?
Anyway, how about it there south Florida racers or fans, can
anyone help ID the last unidentified guy in this photo for me?
Thanks.
