Not to highjack your thread but is there any chance you could add modifieds on slicks ? Probably get 50 mods and a special appearance from a certain mothballed modified that won't run on the treaded tire.

Legendofauto, a reply and as for Modifieds !

I would not want to use names until I have put the whole deal together. I do not want to be a promoter that names things and them not happen. I appreciate your question and I will answer as soon as I can have a set deal.

As for Modifieds, I promoted modifieds for a couple years tried to keep the costs from getting out of control, but they did and along with the changing tire deals except for Citrus having pretty good fields and Auburndale decent fields they have struggled. I am not sure slicks is the answer as they were struggling on them too. I would consider trying them if I had sponsor money to do so. Thanks !
