Warren Mobley was in a horrific crash last night at Watermelon Capital Speedway. We are happy to report he is now home and is sore but doing ok. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

Those pictures are scary! How fast was he goin when he hit the end of the wall? It literally stopped just in time...

It's the entrance to pit road. The track does not have an outside wall on the back straightaway. Warren clipped the right side tires off the top of the track going down the back straight, he stayed on the gas even though the car was out of shape, when the car returned to the racing surface it grabbed and darted to the bottom of the track, the entrance to pit road is just as you enter turn 3 but is down out of the racing groove, his car darted straight toward the opening but struck the water barrels in front of the end of the wall before impailing it's self on the wall.
