C.A.R.S. Racing for a Cause Inc. upcoming fun charity events !
Hello friends,
I really need your help. We have several upcoming events and we need you to help make it a success. If you can not attend, maybe you could sponsor a bowler or the event. Title Sponsorship of the events is only $500, your name on the event, t-shirts etc. or any other amount can be sponsored of the event, or you can sponsor a participant as they raise sponsors for entry to the events. The events are as follows :
Saturday July 16th
2nd Annual "Making a Difference" Bowl-a-raiser
Boardwalk Bowl in Union Park
Registration 10 a.m. bowling 11 a.m. - around 1 p.m. Entry deadline is July 11th.
You can form your own 5 person team - each bowler raises $35 in sponsors or $175 for team.
Individual Bowlers raise $40 in sponsors and we will place you on a team/alley.
Each Bowler gets a t-shirt a two admission tickets to this year Charity 200 Race weekend
There are awards and the top 3 Money raisers will receive special awards !
Saturday August 20th
1st Annual "Having Compassion" 5K Bike-a-thon
Orlando Speedworld Bandolero Track
Registration 9 a.m. Ride begins at 10 a.m.
Several age groups, top 3 in each age group gets medals & special awards for top 3 money raisers
Raise $30 in donations to enter, entry deadline is August 15th.
Each participant gets t-shirt and 2 admission tickets to the Charity 200 race weekend.
2nd Annual "Heart of Compassion" 5K Run/Walk
Saturday September 24th
Eastland Baptist Church & Christian School
Registration 8 a.m. Run/Walk begins at 9 a.m.
$30 Donations to enter, entry deadline is September 19th.
Men/Ladies age groups, Medals and awards for top 3 money raisers.
Each Participant gets t-shirt and 2 admission tickets to Charity 200 Race weekend.
Please go online to www.carsevents.com and fill out an on line entry to let me know you are taking part. You can then print the info flyer and sponsor forms to get started. If you would like to sponsor the event, a participant or just donate please let me know by e-mail rbmini68@aol.com or call me at 407-497-0448.
Anything you can do will help us very much, we hope you will come enjoy all the events of one or two and help us help children and families facing terminal illnesses. Thank you !
