Forgot about this one:

At Texas in 2007...Kyle Busch had wrecked his race car earlier in the race. Junior had wrecked his DEI Chevy, too, in the same crash (I *believe*; might have to look it up on YouTube). Now, Junior's car was wrecked beyond repair; however, KB's car *was* repairable. BUT - the lil' crybaby had stormed out of the track after climbing out of the car, not talking to his crew chief at the time (Alan Gustafson), or even his car owner (Hendrick). Alan then went over to Junior's garage and asked Junior to climb in and finish the race for the Hendrick team.

That's really debateable. Many give him no respect as a good race driver, but oh yeah, he seems to be a nice guy...

Kyle didn't want to tool around in a wrecked car. Hmmmm, I doubt AJ Foyt would do that either.

Oh I agree, but there's lots of drivers that have respect. I mean take Bobby Labonte, one of the most respected drivers there has ever been, but he's in junk equipment, just as his brother was in the end, Dale Jarrett, Rusty Wallace, Sterlin Marlin, all were in junk in the end. I've said 100 times Jr is a nice guy, (nota kid anymore), he's in top notch equip. And still isn't doing good. I have ever said Kyle Busch has a great attitude, although it's improved a lot. I mean I hear people cheer when he wins now. His attitude is no worse that Tony Stewart was yrs ago, and a lot others. As far as respect? Kyle Busch has as much and mirror my respect as far as driving ability than Earnhardt or most any other driver. Buschs biggest problems everyone gets pissed off because he got fired and everyone thought Jr would rub his nose in the dirt, but it turned out the other way around. I personally don't care about respect in racing, I want a winner. I have no plans in going out to dinner with any of the spoiled brats, but I find it hard to be a fan of anyone that is far below his potential, or is he just far below everyone's expectations?

Exactly, and don't even try to tell me Earnhardt has never rammed the wall in a junk car. I mean up until late last yr and this he screwed up his car, that was running lousy by hitting the wall and his day was over.

Are you seriously comparing Junior and Kyle Busch? Its been like 3 days since Kyle has won a race and Junior hasnt won for over three years.....in the best equipment on the planet.

C,mon now. Bobby Labonte may not be in good equipment now but his brother Terry, Dale Jarrett, Rusty Wallace were all in great equipment when they quit. Hendrick, Yates, Penske were their owners and they are all known for being top shelf.

Yates equipment was terrible the last 3-4yrs Jarrett was there. Terry hasn't driven for Hendrick for yrs, he's driven here and there in second rate equip. PENSKE was terrible the last few yrs Wallace was there and isn't much better now. You're going back several yrs, I'm talking the last 3-4 yrs they drove.

Yates had decent equipment when Jarrett left but now that I think of it, he went to drive for Michael Waltrip. I'll give you that one. Penske had stuff that could win when Wallace left. Wallace just couldn't handle being on a multi-car team with someone that did better than he did. Terry Labonte hasn't had a full time ride since he left Hendrick, but he had the best when he left. It always seems that one team hits a combination that works for them and everyone else is playing catch up. It's been the Hendrick teams for the last several years. And Penskes stuff has been junk for yrs, at least 10, no one since him has done squat with it either.Yates aero package was junk the last few yrs with Yates. Yates and Rousch traded aero info for engine info, and Yates got the bad end of the stick. Terry did fine in Hendrick stuff, it was when he left and drove other junk he did lousy, full time or part time has nothing to do with it. Oh, and I was a fan of every one of them. Maybe when you get older you mellow too much, lose the edge.
And why is Busch an ass? His age, he's no worse than tough guy Tony Stewart was before he grew up, its a wonder he never got his ass booted, theres plenty could do it!! Can you imagine if Busch hit a TV reporter like Stewart did? Buschs biggest problem is he goes against the grain, wins in a Toyota, (which I HATE toyota) pure American Made here even though I've never seen a smile on the face of anyone on a Harley!! Oh, did I mention, people hate him because he beats the fan favorite so much??
