pretty much looks like Childress was the one wrong, at least according to NASCAR. They told him he cant leave his pit nd will see about penalties for him tomorrow. I also couldnt see anything Busch did wrong, during the race or after. The kid beat Busch, fair and square, was the only race in the top ten on the track. The way I saw it Busch gave him a gentle congratulatory rub after it was over, no big deal, happens all the time, probably will today. Childress was wrong this time. NASCAR even said Busch did nothing wrong, and they hate him too. Let me say, I like Childress very much, just not a big Harvick fan, too much of a tough guy. Someday he's gonna have trouble with an average guy and get his butt kicked, it wouldn't take much.

When I first heard the story I just assumed that the on track run-in was with Childress grandson Austin Dillon. But apparently it was brewing for a long time over some crashed cars back awhile ago. And it was Richard's other driver.

Like they say, "thats racing" the heat of battle. I watched the race and just honestly thought it was good hard racing, and I was SURE Busch would beat the kid so my hat was off to the kid, he beat one of the best. At first when Busch came up beside the kid after the race I said, Oh no, the kid did nothing wrong. In my opinion Busch did not slam him, simply gave him a congratulatory rub, happens all the time, I thought it was good on Buschs part. Evidently NASCAR did too, I also like Childress, but I really think he was the one out of line, and should be reprimanded by NASCAR just as anyone else would be. One thing I will say for the old man, at least he didn't wear a helmet like Budwhinner Harvick did. But then again, Childress is twice the man Harvick is.
