That's the way to promote your race track! Make it as affordable as possible for an out of town team to come to your facility and the cars will come. From what I am hearing we should have 16+ cars. Not bad for "scheduling" a race on such short notice
my question... why did this race get scheduled on such short notice? pgs has had the 40lapper on the shedule since the begining. and nathan, them allowing them to run thier goodyears is only helping locals not the visitors.
i guess im missing somthing here...
oh well not the first time.

The race has been on the schedule since it was released in January. It was a normal 20 lap show that we run the first and third Saturday almost every month. The only thing that changed was that we made it 35 laps and $500 to win instead of 20 laps $300 to win. This race was not scheduled on top of pgs, it's been there all along. The reason we increased the show was at our mini stock drivers request. We had to cancel our late model this week because of the rainout last week at auburndale, this left us scrambling to make a show for our fans. I've all ready talked to Greg and explained the situation, everyone is ok, let's not turn this into something it isn't.
