FASCAR's upcoming announcement

FASCAR manager Kim is hinting at a big announcement coming up this week at the drivers meetings. I really don't know what she has in mind, but I have heard a few rumors....

1 Everyone gets a new set of tires! Its the middle of the year, so its time to change tire suppliers. This way, everyone will be on new rubber! Right?

2 Kim will announce the first ever Speedworld essay contest! This years topic will be "Bubba's Track Sux Because...." (500+ words, double spaced)

3 Double Money Night! Yes, the track will double the purse in all classes if the racers provide all the extra money to do it.

4 From now on, it will be "Bring Your Own Soap Night".

5 Both tracks will take on a massive capital improvement project: they plan on replacing the 100 watt bulbs in all the Easy Bake ovens in the concessions. (providing the funding is available)

is far more important than:

''how much the toy costs'' .

Just one exemple:
A basic everyday Sportsman car will race how many nights on same tires on
1- Dirt?
2-Asphalt?

The big news is we are going to one class,the Run What U Brung class.No heats just one 50 lap race with all cars that come to the track.Before the race all cars will be parked on the track and we will play musical cars as Mark plays the Benny Hill song.Music stops you jump in the closest car and take off.Sounds like a plan.

The REAL news will be that this project will be funded via an Obama regime "green initiative" grant. That's right folks,"green jobs" finally come to Central Florida! No word yet from WH Press Sec. Jay Carney as to whether the change of New Smyrna's "Governor's Cup" race to "President's Cup" will be tied to a visit from our boy Meadowlark...
