Every track should do this! Make them as exciting, intriguing and to the point as possible, then send them out to everyone, especially the local print and electronic media.

There is hardly a techological barrier to this. To be frank, any kid with a $100 camera and a computer can make a video (but it will take some skill to make an effective one).
