Carol Wicks in the hospital

Carol ran to all the tracks over the weekend and then to daytona and back home and to the radio show monday night while having a bit of a cold and became very sick tuesday when her son had to take her to the hospital were she will be till the end of the week. she is already having withdraws about missing our late model race but she needs to get well and take care of herself. she has no computer but does have a phone in her room. she is at Peace River in PC

I spoke with Carol earlier today and she has pneumonia. She is still undergoing treatment and is not out of the woods yet. She is starting to feel a little better than she did a few days ago. I am hoping that she is out by the end of this weekend. From what I could tell, she is starting to give the nurses problems already so she must be feeling a little better.LOL Lets keep Carol in our prayers.

I enjoyed her company, along with Larrytg, Phil and Michael Seay at the reunion and at NSS last week. Carol is a bright, friendly and funny lady. I'm hoping she is back in action soon.

I just got off the phone with Carol and man does she sound sick, but she is in good sprits. Shes complaining about they won't let her sleep. The nurses keep her busy I guess. Shes a sweet heart. We will keep praying for her till she can once agin join us at a race track somewhere in Florida. Bob.....
