Dirt Late Model Question (id Car)

Got an older Late Model and I am tring to find out who made it.Was told it was a Shaw but can not find any numbers.The one thing I think is strange is that on the rear lower 4 bar mounts they run long ways(front to back)instead of up and down like all others I have ever seen.And the right upper 4 bar mount is double(2 sets)like to run 2 bars on right upper to rear.If any one could help,I'd be greatful...Was told this was Tanners car from late 90's earily 2000.

The second bracket kit on RR was probably for a brake floater radius rod.

Any idea what make this chassis is.Never seen one with lower bar mounts long ways instead of up and down
