Brad Doty's Mom killed

From the Sprint Car Forum:
"Brad Doty's Mom was killed in a auto crash last evening. She was taking her daughter Ami back to the airport (she lives in Texas) and an 18yr old went left of center and struck their car".

This is very tragic news, my thoughts and prayers go out to Brad and the family.

Agreed.... how much tragedy should 1 family have to endure?

How about Judy Allison.... lost her 2 sons, and almost lost her husband. I can't imagine the suffering these two families have had to go through.

Just to clearify, isn't Brad Doty the announcer in the wheelchair? He was injured in a sprint car crash, right?

Brad Doty's crash at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, OH) several years ago made him a paraplegic, but that doesn't keep him from circulating in the sprint car community. You can hear his color commentary on TNN's coverage of the World of Outlaws series.
