Where to test a car in Central Florida?

It seems like all strips/raceways are on tight schedules, and on top of that frequented by people who are serious about racing and tuning their cars.

Is there a place for an amateur to safely mess around in a calm and relaxed setting?

Most of the dragstrips have test and tune nights during the week

I only found one (CFRC) with test and tune on Fridays.

Are there usually a lot of people on drag strips when they have test and tune days?
