AMA, AHRMA Bikes To Race at Ocala
A different type of excitement is scheduled to invade Florida's newest dirt track early in March as flat track motorcycle racing debuts at Ocala Speedway. The AHRMA motorcycles will open a two day event on Sunday, March 2nd. The pit gate will open at 2PM and pit admission will be $15. The grandstand will open at 5PM with a full night of racing action scheduled. Grandstand admission for Sunday evening is $8 with students admitted for $5. Kids 12 and under will get in free.
Sunday's action will be followed by a full day of motorcycle excitement on Monday, March 3rd, as the AMA motorcycles hit the track. AMA bikers will begin arriving as the pit gate opens at 9AM, and the grandstands will open to the public at 12PM with racing at 1PM. All admission for the AMA motorcycle racing is $10 and kids under 5 years of age are admitted free of charge.
