17 did good
The 17 did just fine for his first race. He won his heat race after finishing 2nd, because first place was dqed for spinning the 18. In the heat race Kenny was on the pole, spun his tires on the start and looped it. On the second try he was not about to repeat that and was beat into turn one by the outside pole (18 car). In the feature He started 5th and was in 5th with six to go and spun by himself. Then not sure what happed, on a restart, leaders ball themself up and Kenny ran into the back of someone(?). Really not much he could have done. Seems that happed so fast. He had alot of damage and made it back out just as they threw the green. Finished 7th. Really looking forward to the next race , having the first race in the books.He will learn from the first race and be better next time out. Some words from the driver." I have never been so nervous in a race car, not for the whole race!" that was right after the heat race. " Its embarrassing to spin out on your own,,,I just messed up." Thanks for the support of the fans, he did win the "best looking car"!
