One minute he's smiling and seemingly enjoying the moment holding hands with his girl and BLAM....some guy nails him in the skull with a camera hard enough to draw blood. What should he have done? Blown him a kiss? Sheesh.

it appears to me as though the camera man in question was following the firesuited guy that went directly across Montoya's path. you notice how even Montoya was looking at the Ferrari guy(s), not watching where he was going?

Hmm. Let's say you're a cameraman, standing still with your camera and shooting film for the network. Suddenly BLAM....someone runs over you and your cam, startling you, and ruining your shot. Would your reaction be to say; "Sorry" over and over like this guy did? If you're overly polite? Maybe. If you're guilty? You bet.
