This photo - taken at the great Heidelberg, PA Speedway - shows Bud Middaugh leading Tommy Collela... Middaugh brought this same car down to New Smyrna and won a 200 lap race with it in late October... Surprised everybody since most everybody down here had never heard of him... It's interesting because I don't believe Middaugh ever entered any of the Governor's Cup races at Golden Gate...

Somewhere in a shoe box I have picture of Middaugh in a solid black car at West Palm in the mid sixties. I remember his trademark top hat on the side.

Heidelberg, PA Speedway is Now a bunch of biuldings my Dad use to tell me about going there. Most of the biulding from there are now at Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway.
