    Dem's the Facts--

There are currently 36,000(thirty-six thousand) drilled wells in the Gulf Of Mexico right now, they have been driled along time ago. The only stoppage is from the more current DRILLINGS of more. Here is how it is.

--there are currently 36,000 previously dug oil wells, all capable of producing oil, and they are drilled-and-capped for later use. ALOT LATER!

--only a handful of them are being used right now--
--Big Oil teams set up, and drill an oil hole/well--and leave--
    --only to retern decades later--
--only to cap them off on a temporary basis--
--they come back years later, and suck them dry--
--they drill-and-cap, for use decades later, it has always been that way--
--Big Oil comes back in decades later, and sucks them dry--
--36,000 wells are there for their usage, and that is the truth--
--the only stoppage was for the NEW drilling, which might be only be a dozon or so--
--THIS temporary stoppage of the actual DRILLING portion is nothing at all---and does not effect the current price of gasoline.

Anyone find out who owns the Gas Companys?

Can anyone find out which Gas Company's are owned by non American Company. If we just supported American Company's only at least we would show the POWER of PRIDE. Maybe that the direction to start is "BUY AMERICAN"! Just a thought.

I called and they told me tough *&^%%# in BP language! YOU CANNOT FIGHT THESE bastards... but i am getting a lawyer to see if there are any class action suits. surely they are doing this to other companies.
i went to my bank and they gave me an equity loan at 6% and paid off those nasty people. the payments are less than $200 a month and instead of 28% interest is 6%.... a hard lesson.....
we need to find an alternate source of energy..... drilling offshore in florida is dangerous too. if we have an oil spill we will lose the most gorgeous coastline in this country and the only living coral system. our tourism will disappear and we will be financially and ecologically ruined. one oil spill that we wont expect just like BPs!!!!

You shouldn't have waited till the last minute to send in your check to pay that bill.

            rick...

the bill was paid 8 days in advance. the post office told me it takes 2 days for mail to get from florida to georgia. my attorney told me there is no "affordable" way to fight them so i took a loan and paid them off and sent them a love letter...lol done with BP and if Americans were smart they would all stop using BP... not only because of unfair policies but because of the damage to the environment and the costs of their gas.... but we keep buying and they keep screwing...think about it... they spent billions cleaning up their mess and STILL made a huge profit!

That is very interesting, and i have heard it before. Makes you feel kinda helpless. Maybe they're waiting for the middle east to run out, which I think will take many, many, years.

United Arab Emirate are supposed to be out of oil by 2016..........that's why they are currently building luxury resorts. When the oil is gone they have an alternative income.
Normalcy is a myth. what is perfectly normal for the Cheetah, Becomes absolute chaos for the Antelope.

                            hmmm

alot of the people we think are "poor" are just content with what they have and are not materialistic. we as Americans are spoiled and totally wasteful!. the arab nation is one of the most wealthy in the world...Haiti is a real poor country... they are starving and homeless...
we have used steam for energy, we have used coal... next we will most likely use nuclear energy. Thats what the Arabs are working towards.
and another thing to think about.... there was stock car racing during the great depression.... ;-)
                            be conservative and patient...
