Apparently, Volusia County "hired" this guy to park in Putnam's parking lot during their Opening Day event:



Not to be, uhh...a smartass or anything...but there has *got* to be a law against that type of "advertising". Can you imagine a McDonald's semi truck parking smack in the middle of a Burger King parking lot for "advertising"? The law'd be all over it.

I am surprised to see that they would have done something like that... Unless they had approval from the track and/or track management to do something like that...
