a goofy idea for East Bay & SCCA

Have you noticed the size of "Mount Trashmore" near East Bay Raceway? It is a landfill that is close by, and I swear that has to be the biggest hill in Florida. I sat in the stands last night and watched a car drive up the side of it. The road had twists, turns and a few switchbacks.

SCCA, or any other group, should run the Florida Hill Climb race there. The closest other hill climbs are in Alabama or maybe North Carolina. Ok, the track is too short, so when they get to the top, turn them around for the trip down and have them race up again.

Maybe I need some sleep.

I thought that was a gypsum stack, not a land fill.
