In the late 80s there were 50 cars in one class and they were all crying about what the other had.
The dicesion was made to teq cars till we found one right 38 cars and into the B main was a chrisler firas time there and was 2 laps doun he won.

THE QUSTION IS WAS ANYONE ON HERE THERE IN THAT RACE?

23 V - 8 Bombers were Dq'ed in 98 or 99 in one night at Auburndale.
The whole field of Road Warriors except for 1 or 2 cars was Dq'ed at Punta Gorda Speedway a couple of years ago. It is kinda funny when something like this happens.

Last season when PGS was CCMP they Dqed all but one car for stupid stuff like not having your drive shaft painted white or your lead wasnt painted a bright color. It wasnt funny then but it is now lol

here is you something to laugh about

first after listening to some of racers that don't know how to tear down an engine or do any thing but drive they might find it hard to under stand

now this was back in around 79 0r 80 at auburn dale we won feature and when we pulled up on scales they wanted to see fly wheel it had to weigh 20 lbs ours weigh less than five and they wanted to see carb so we pushed car off to side of scales

got floor jack and jack stands and some wrenches and crawled under car layed und car about 10 -15 minutes beating and making a noise i had a flywheel with two bolts that weight 21 lbs laying flat under bottom of car were you cold not see it now thew were still having a 100 lap race of something so i un bolted the fly wheel layed it off to side and told my son go to trailer get the other carb im box heat it up little bit bring it back to me

i open hood fooled around for few mimutes then took fly wheel and carb to back of car and tec man weight flywheel looked at carb and said we were ok

Your brother handed the teq man a intaks that came out from under the hood that had spiter webs in it and it went threw. They were to busy watch him if u know what i mean. I was there for the flywheel.

Missleman, Ministock, he had 2 cars, remember Boneman? One night he and Ted Volpus tore each other down. When missle man got clutch out his wife slid a differant one under the rear he slid it out under the front. to the tech man. GOT AWAY WITH IT!!

not gna tell names but i watched a ss driver at the bay hand a carb and intake over the fence to a buddy. lol good thing they were checking carbs i guess.lol

One night at a-dale this year. The 2nd place protest the winner and no one in the class passed tech not even him. No one got paid for that class that night.
