WHile I think it is a great idea and help to the racers to have these preseason test sessions, I really think they could be more productive for ALL if you also had tech there so racers could make sure their cars meet the rules and more importantly safety regulations. The insurance company would probably like it also. (I know, there aren't any rules out yet...hopefully that will change soon.)
Also, I think it would behoove the tracks to have available the ability to allow the racers to pay for and receive their license's for 2008. I know it would save a bunch of hassle for Jane and Liz the first month or so.
I hope NSS is going to do the same with atleast the preseason practice days.
