RJ, there has been some rumors going around that Chris Mize might start working with CRA. I seen Chris last night at North Florida Speedway. He was in tower doing something with radio. I had a chance to talk to him for a second. Rumors are Cra and Columbia Motorsports Park. Once again he just laughed and said he loves rumors because that is what they are, rumors. I know he was talking about a Turkey day show with CRA when he was at SGMP. Is that going to happen? Sure wish he was still there. If Columbia rumor does turn up true I will be racing there.

I haven't talked with Chris since before he left SGMP. I hope he's doing well. Dennis Nixon looks like he's got things going in a good direction as SGMP, with some exciting things on the horizon. No Thanksgiving weekend race that I know of. The derby is the very next week, and there would need to be a week off before the derby. Chris is right when he laughs at the rumors. I heard some different things about CMP, but it didn't involve CRA. Regardless of what's going on and who's in charge, everyone needs to get out and support their local tracks...whenever....whereever!
