Gov Cup Entries

I was looking at the list and it seems like there are 40 entries - but only 27 are bolded - does that mean are we getting 27 + a few more or definitely 40 entered? Doesn't matter much as I will be there either way - just want to get my expectations right.

I believe the ones listed in bold print are confirmed entries, and the others are probable or possible. I am surprised David Rogers Is not entered yet. I was looking forward to seeing him race.
