question for the promoters

Is there any interest or plans to expand figure 8 racing in Florida? I love watching it, and it seems that lately we are looking back at it with much fondness.

IMHO: the current state of figure 8 racing is pretty poor. I suggest a low-power, low-money approach to the cars. Something with a junkyard motor, hard tires and a quality cage.

Sunshine Speedway

the most exciting racing i think ive ever seen was from Sunshine. I never went to the track but after it closed some of the Outlaw Figure 8 guys raced at Charlotte County! OMG!!!! it makes your heart race and takes your breath away! Wayne Calkins and those guys are unbelievable! i can hardly wait to see these guys again! Figure 8 racing is cool when there are enough vehicles but if there are only 5 or so it kinda drags... the figure 8 boat races at CCMP has been fun and the busses at DSS a blast. havent seen anything lately tho.
