Barrett-Jackson started out modest the spiraled into a bunch of rich yuppies with more money than brains, wanting to see themselves on TV. I got to personally meet a gentleman who bought a 54 corvette restored at a carshow for $50,000. He was able to get it on the show and it sold for $525,000! Go figure.
