V8 Camaro's in Strictly Stock Class @ OSW?

No, that is no solution for me. The Secret Weapon and I want to run at OSW, but this situation does need to be clearified.

Last week, the dominant Camaro pulled out, but a few weeks ago that same car took home the money in the longer race, so this issue is far from settled.

They Defiantly need to get get something in the rule book for next year and stick to it...And the rule book needs to be out before the season starts.

ss29 - You said if it had a good driver in the car it would have won every race. You dont have a clue what your talking about and you couldn't have done any better with that car yourself. Also just for your infomation let me remind you of something, I beat you in points and I also got rookie of the year and finished 3rd in points and that was also with missing some races. As I recall you finished 4th in points. Yes, you did beat me a few times but with the car that you had you should have. But in the end the results are all that matter. And by the way, how is your mini stock doing lately? Also, maybe you need to find a good driver for your car. On an end note, I bet you don't like running in the back of the pack with only 4 or 5 cars at Orlando. Just saying...

Tim's mini stock is actually pretty cool. I'll bet anyone that his car is the fastest car per dollar spent at the track. Michael and Tim have put lots of time into it, but virtually no money at all. I even have one day on the engine, and I can attest it is amazing that it runs as well as it does. Everything on it was free, donated or salvaged, so I think he is going great.

Can we get back on the topic? Think there is any chance this will be addressed before 2011?

dude wasnt trying to say you was bad i had fun racing you it was your first year in you car just trying to say if someone that had some more time behind the wheel had it would have won lots of races it was a nice car...also to remind you since your going to run off at the mouth you never beat me unless i didnt finish and as for points the only reason you beat me was the night they had the 2 triple points races in one night my car was totaled in the first one and didnt run the 2nd race (that make 6 points races with out points)also sold my back up car 2 weeks later...must be good to talk shit to someone who didnt race half the races...as for the ministock it is a junk car a friend had sitting in the backyard for 2 years and it also has a stock mustang motor in it and 12 race old tires...id rather have fun with a junker than sit in the stands. just out there having fun with it...sorry you took it the wrong way

just to make it easy i say no camaro v6 or v8 .they handle to well from factory...also rule book said no sports cars and camaro is just that.i also think they need to make them all have a rollcage with atleast a rollover bar and one door bar

now on a more sensible note , im not at all familiar with Auburndales rules since they arent on the website and have only been there once in my life , but citrus rules are and it says they run on street DOT tires . and the last time i was there 99% of them are camaros . and i agree completly with SS29 . maybe two seperate classes might be the answer . like the old A and B bombers .

I all honesty it dont say anything about no Camaros.
And Tim I'm with ya on A driver in a good running Camaro cant be beat, with another stock car. For anyone who has Drove a stock 70's camaro "witch is what were talking about"...They handle like a dream. Why do you think their so popular everywhere else.
