Straight from my secret source (thanks announcer Dave!), here is a leak of the proceedings that took place behind closed doors at the owners meeting.

Top 10 Agenda Items at the Owners Meeting
1 Send Bobby Diehl for 3 large pizzas, a bucket of wings and a case of Bud.
2 Resolve that all tracks will pay twice as much as SCCA.
3 Organize the “Weekend of Champions” where every track runs SLM and trucks on the same night.
4 Replace all speedway beer stands with Starbucks.
5 Move all Speedweeks/Winter Nationals type events to August.
6 Decide if the life-size Don Nerone statue should be made of bronze or marble.
7 All tracks will be “going green” in 2011 by eliminating bathroom towels and toilet paper.
8 Resolve that turns 1, 2, 3 and 4 will hereafter be referred to as turns A, B, C and D.
9 Agree to consult internet message forums for promotion and operational advice. (resolution failed)
10 Adios whining modified racers, and hello Bandoleros!

you left out one more --- since owners are really some of them maybe one of them . is trying to make it work

since most of the owners are sharping there knifes so they can stab the other one in there back ;;

just consintrate on your own local drivers and treat them right and don't worry about getting drivers to travel

if they want to race at your track they will come there ain;t but two tracks that work together any way mr rex guy and mr critter from citrus

you made another good point Ron... PGS is 3 hours from CCS and a long long way from Auburndale. there shouldnt be much conflict. you are right in saying drivers will choose where they want to race and there are plenty of drivers between Naples and Miami and Inverness....
as for Bobby... i sure dont know why you or anyone else even bother to bring his name up. Bobby is no longer running PGS and we have not seen hide nor hair of him. when bobby started he had a dream and it was a good one. he made so many mistakes and slowly sunk to a place he couldnt swim out of. no matter what happened he is gone so why stir it up. please move on and give kevin a chance. at least kevin has been honest all along in telling us what his plans are.... some of you turn on people if they burp out loud... i didnt know there were so many perfect people in the world... lol

Goodrich is right down the street from us and we have used goodrich forever. now all of a sudden its wrong? they have been very good to our track and that is why Kevin sticks with Goodrich.
i get kinda ticked when people talk bad about Kevin... are you aware that when bobby left without paying drivers, kevin paid them out of his pocket? he has done alot of good things and people on this board arent interested in good. they thrive on mistakes and controversy..

all he has done for our track and for the racers, do you think i am wrong to praise his efforts? everyone bitches about track owners so why not compliment when it is evident things are going so well...
i prefer to look for the good in people. but i also try to be honest....is kevin perfect. he(( no! but he is doing every thing he can to make racing in SW Fl. the best he can make it.theres always someone who wont agree. who cares? i am NOT bashing anyone... just complimenting ...where it is due...

You are not wrong at all for praising Kevin. I wish more people would give credit when it is due instead of looking for all the negative stuff.
