    WOW! i can hardly believe how much Kevin and his staff have done to improve PGS! in such a short time here are some of the positive changes!
    The place looks so good. New trees planted by Danny Yates.
    The place is all fresh painted.
    Food prices DOWN! Completely new concession... clean as a whistle! new items on the menu such as BOLOGNA sandwiches which sell like crazy
    $10.00 for grandstands!!!! (down from $15-20!)
    Car counts UP!
    Fans in the stands UP!
    Track hump fixed.

    OK! this has all been done in a few short months! Kevin has been working like a dog, as are his staff, to make PGS the best in Florida. Can he do it? YES! we are closing for a couple weeks and i bet we are all in for some surprises when we reopen.

    Most of Kevins accomplishments have happened in the worse time of yr. Yanks gone, rain all the time and sweltering heat! we still have good crowds!

    I am writing this because im just not happy. I hear so many complaints... WAHHHHHHHHH... whiney little complaints ... BUT do we ever see written posts thanking our track owners and staff for all they HAVE done? Nope...

    There are some issues that need to be addressed and they will be. But no one is gonna put Kevins back up against the wall and demand from him! that im sure of. He is an intelligent man with a few very successful businesses and i feel he just needs some time to work out all the little annoying bugs. right now he is working hard on bigger things!

    So be patient and if you have a suggestion you THINK might help, send an email or call.

    My pet peeve is ... people bitch and complain about things but hardly ever say THANK YOU! I think a thank you here and there motivates people to even try harder...
    So Kevin and staff... THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO GIVE US A RACE TRACK WE CAN BE PROUD OF!!!!

    10-4 on the positive. We have seen a tranformation at PGS ion the last months. I hear gripes sure, but they are the same gripes you hear at every track in the state. They are little things that will certainly be addressed. Like Carol said the staff is working on the things that make racing at pgs funn agin. For racers and fans and employees. I heard Kevin say a couple weeks ago that him and Mike didn't care if they lost money as long as the drivers and fans had a clean organized place to enjoy our sport. The food is exellent and reasonably priced. You ain't lived till you try the pork tenderloin samich. The meat hangs out an inch all the way around the bun. It'll make a fat guy hurt hiself. Bolloony Samich is pretty good too. Good job PGS, Kevin Mike and Greg. Thanks for all you've done and going to do. Thank You for giving me a place to do my thing. Bob....

      That pork tender loin sandwich will fill you up, I was full from just eating the pork hanging over the bun before I ever got to the bread. LOL

      Also have heard a lot of good things from a lot of new face's in the stands.


      Thanks Kevin, Mike, Greg and the rest of the Staff that have worked so hard to make PGS a place for everyone to enjoy.
