It's funny how people can watch the same thing and see things differently. I watched it live and I've watched the replay. I "think" Kyle cleared Brad and got loose. I also think he had room to clear him. (Todd agrees.) Kyle lifted and Brad got into him. (Todd agrees.) I think Brad's momentum carried him into Kyle because he didn't have a chance to lift or go anywhere else. I don't believe it was intentional. (Todd disagrees.) Brad didn't wreck Kyle. He passed him. Kyle did wreck Brad intentionally. Nascar chose to allow it. I don't think intentionally wrecking another driver should be allowed, much less condoned as in this instance. I can't believe Nascar says it's just "hard racing". This is my opinion only but it's worth as much as Todds.

But John, while I agree with you, I've only watched NASCAR about 15-20 yrs, it has ALWAYS been the same. The differance is if the offender is someone we like its o'k to wreck the field, but if we don't like him we want him banned. Not looking to start a BS deal but if Earnhart (yes, one of the greatest drivers that ever lived) wrecked the field everyone cheered, if Tony Stewart says crap or wrecks someone, everyone cheers. I'm not cutting or cheering anyone just saying what I've observed. Theres been a jot on here about car #'S, I've enjoyed it by the way. But I almost thing just before every race all the #'s should be changed so noone knows who is driving what!!! Then the officials would have to be impartial, all the way from the smallest track in the world to NASCAR. Joking of coarse but favoritism on the part of race officials everywhere is what is ruining racing. Someone said this is why they don't watch NASCAR, tell me where it isn't this way in racing. They tell you the flagman calls the race but he spends more time looking back at the tower to get his instruction on calls to make than watching the race. I'm talking local racing.

        Todd

For once I agree with you, on the Earnhardt, Labonte deal, it happens all the time and always has. It just depends on who you like and dont like. Do I like Kes OR Kyle, dont really feel either way about them but I do know they both are top driving talent, love them or hate then. In fact Kyles driving reminds me of Earnhardt, a lot.

I viewed the video and have to agree with Winger. I don't know how so many of the media could have gotten it so wrong. Kyle was clearly by Brad. Perhaps it was Brad's line that took him into the rear of Kyle's car and spun him out. It did not look intentional. Kyle definitely retaliated and spun Brad out. Kyle even admitted to doing it. Too bad NASCAR did nothing about it.

I would like to Introduce all of you who do not like Kyle to Racing any racer understands give and take Brad did not give so Kyle took.. I would rather see that then Dale Jr take the lead on the 3rd lap and then win his only race in ages in the 3 car.. then he goes back to running like a broke D**k Dog?!! now thats a joke.. speaking of Dale's what about when Dale sr would drive the same way everyone loved him for doing what they hate Kyle for.. STOP being MARKS!!!!! and respect the fact that he Gets paid to race not make friends with "Drivers"

Good point about Jr. I also knew a "debris caution" would come out as soon as he was lapped. Sure enough it did.....

Good point, haaa sweeet, about Dale Earnhardt, Sr. He has to have been the dirtiest driver in the history of NASCAR racing with the many times he intentionally knocked out his competition to gain wins, yet he was a great fan favorite. Kyle "Rowdy" Busch does more or less the same and he is despised.

I will never change my personal feeling that rough riding should not be tolerated and drivers that do so should be penalized for their actions. Remember the NASCAR Sprint Cup Division is the highest level of NASCAR racing and those drivers should provide the example for young drivers coming up through the ranks.
