Race Boats at Cocoa Beach

Went out to the dry pits tonight and found a boat MAPEI S-1 with the name Gary Ballough on the throttle side of the boat. Have attached photo of Gary. Is this the same Gary Ballough or different one?? He said he was from Boca.

Different guy completely and the names are spelled differently. Gary Balough of Miami never raced boats.
