I would like to start out by smearing the good (yeah, right) names of all the other candidates who have been suggested by the misled masses of Karnacia:

Boneman - secretly attends Finishline Racing School under yet another psuedonym.

Frassonator - has been seen in the company of farm animals engaging in extricurricular farmyard activities....(frequent flyer)

The Freight Train - Just look at those lambchops in all his old pics...is this a man you can trust? (the 60's called....)

Mr. W. and Marty Little - geez...do you think we all like to sit around and look at old pictures and clippings all day long?

Larrytg - hey....he raced at Hialeah? Need I say more?.....

Boneman - the wit, the coiffure(oh yeah, me too!), the dedication....

Frass - my bud...so much knowledge about so many types of racing. (Jerry! I need my pass back!) (hahahahahaha)

Mr. Jim Fenton - A man I watched clean house at St. Pete when I was still just dreaming about race cars. I love all the old stuff and I hope you keep posting your scrapbook memories for all of us to enjoy.

Dave and Marty - The final word in Florida Racing Historians. If you guys don't remember it or have a picture of it....it never happened. When I sign on I am always hoping to see a post from one of ya'll cuz I know it will be:
1) Accurate
2) Interesting
3) Always comes with plenty of great ink.

Larrytg - I love Hialeah buddy. I was just kidding around. Cool posts and a wit to rival the Boneman's (but not mine!)

Last of all, Thanks Rick for kicking me in the mix. Saying my posts make people go "Hmmmmm..." is about the best comp I've ever gotten. Thanks, dude.

I have to go with Jerry. He has the most knowledge about racing of just about anyone on here I can think of.

I've got a 2-way tie for the lead..... there are so many ties for second (for a LOT of different reasons) that it would take all night.

In a photo-finish, Osmosis Jones and Boneman are two of the greatest characters this board has ever seen, but in 2 completely different ways. Kind of a Frazier and The Stooges analogy. O.J. can write a whole chapter that I laugh all the way through, while Boneman can kill me with one quick poke-in-the-eyes gag.

Honorable mention has to go to both AFR (formerly known as sws), and Ford6... I HAD to read their posts, just to see if I COULD read their posts!

Honestly, with a very few exceptions, I like what ALL of you have to contribute. Proud to share this one little piece of the internet with you all.

Don Heckman, Marty Little, Frasson, OJ, Todd Mc, Tenney, Orlando Graphix, Wicks, Rusty, M Seay and others including Lattytg always catch me attention. So give my second illegal vote to Fenton: a fresh source if information by a guy who lived the life for years, and clearly is good natured enough to fit in around here.

Always enjoy the mixture of levity and current events brought by Boneman, John Tenney and O.J. to name a few as well as the mix of historical stuff and current happenings from Ancrdave, Marty, Larrytg and many others.

This place is a good blend of people with contributions that all enjoy the same thing. Sort of reminds me of the local bar(s) we used to gravitate to every Friday & Saturday night after the races with the racing crowd. You had a choice where you could either jump in and participate / enjoy the topic of the evening or, if you didn't agree with what was going on at the moment, you could fold up your tent and go home. (Then there were the times where after too many adult libations you settled your disagreements in the parking lot but that's for another thread) - LOL.
