The Eagle Jet Top Gun Sprint Series is about to kick off the second half of the 2013 season. The race at Hendry County Motorsports Park in Clewiston, on Saturday September 7th, will pay an additional $100.00 in appearance money per car and double points for the series point fund.
Joining the Eagle Jet Top Gun Sprints will be the Street Stocks, Open Wheel Modifieds, V-8 Thunder Stocks, Modified Mini Stocks and Limited Late Models for a full night of racing action. The racing starts at 7:00 pm.
The Eagle Jet Top Gun Sprint Series season point standings are as followed:
Shane Kreidler and Danny Martin Jr. are tied for the lead with 726 points
AJ Maddox in third with 654 points
Gene Lasker is fourth with 572 points
Tony Agin is fifth with 548 points
Followed by Mark Ruel Jr. (438), Tim George (412), Mike Schroeder (406), Jimmy Ballew (386) and Johnny Alexander (380)rounding out the top ten in points.
