what are the safety rules for the 4 cyl cars

working on getting a complet list... i know all glass and interior(pretty much anything that can catch fire easaly) must be removed, doors welded or chained shut,battery held down well, at lest a 4 point harness, a window net on drivers door... thats all i can remember right now. i know there was talk about making a roll bar mandatory but im not sure if it is yetThe Video Guy
