i wasnt gonna post but what the hell.
imo i grew listening to mike in the 80's, he was the man! somewhere along the line he turned dark, what he was accused of is awful and he will pay for that now . but i will not go on here and bash him or the person who posted this. but! why have we not posted the same for ferrah or ed? or our son's and daughter's ,mom's,dad's well you get the point. people are out there every day dieing for us to sit here and mourn mj, what about them? this is disturbing and really sucks! thought's and prayer's to mj,ferrah and ed and thier family's. any many dirrent way's the world lost 3 superstars and they will be missed by many!

ok... well here it is....

i wrote a post that was world news... not race related... but almost 500 people read it and close to 30 responded. they responded by telling me i was wrong and my opinion was worthless. that they are right. they spared no space in insulting my intelligence and my feelings about humanity. they are telling me that a man they never knew, never talked to and never spent a second of time with is a child molester. they are saying that because they read it in the newspaper. and the fact that a jury found him innocent of any wrongdoing, does not matter at all. sure hope none of you are ever on my jury. they compared this gentle man with OJ simpson! amazing!

if you are so concerned about Farah then read back... all they talked about was her beauty and her awesome body. not one person spoke of her bravery and what she did to help people deal with cancer. so am i any worse for NOT talking about her. she was definitely not a great actress. she was simply gorgeous until the end of her life when her beauty didnt mean a thing. it was her bravery that i pray will go down in history. her loving nature and her gentleness...
Michael Jackson brought more people together in an effort to create world peace than the pope, the dahli lama, and MLK all combined. he was known in every corner of the earth by several generations who to this day sing his songs. was he eccentric... yes? he was different..yes. but that doesnt make him an evil person.
so with all that said, i do understand that you are always right and i am always wrong... that you can insult me whenever you want... i dont see black and white... i see human beings who share this earth with me. they bleed the same, they cry when they are sad, and they laugh when they are happy...there are good and bad in every corner of the earth. i prefer to think of good people or i would be in a constant state of depression. ;-)

the reason i have not been banned on this board is because i have never ever come on here and insulted someone. i try very hard to promote this sport and support its drivers. today i am wondering why.....
Rest in peace, Michael, Farah and Ed.....you have all brought us some type of joy and we wish your families strength thru these sad days...

Funny thing about my buddy Carol. We often disagree on politics, but so what? She is a good person with a great sense of humor, and a deep love for our sport. Sit next to her some night at a track and you will reach the same conclusion.

Now I suggest most of you take a look at the way you are talking to Carol. IMHO, several of you have gone over-board and have been excessively rude. You know the old saying, "disagree without being disagreeable".

i know i said i was done with this subject but i do want to say one more thing and then i really think it can go to rest.
one thing i got out of all these posts is that there are a bunch of race fans and drivers who would never hurt or molest a child. so for that i find great comfort.
just so that you understand... i was a victim of sexual abuse when i was 10. it has been with me all my life. it was my own father. if anyone hates pedafiles and people who abuse children, it is me. i know the pain. i know the embarrassment... and i know how it affects children...i know how it feels to be so confused wondering how someone you love so much can take away your innocence and hurt you....
