Well, the Doug Antony All Stars are 'British-type' in as much as they're Australian.

"Look Aound You" is probably my favorite comedy show from the UK of the last decade. What's scary is that it's genuinely based on a real TV show that we all had to watch at school as kids. Interesting bit of trivia - the guy who wrote that show did the voice of Darth Maul in the first of the new Star Wars films...

      'Birds of Britain' short documentary.

      Enjoy!

        Hey Andy....

That documentary was funny. Reminded me of a song fom the '60s called
MAY THE BIRD OF PARADISE FLY UP YOUR NOSE....
        Have fun at the races.

Just because we don't smother our steaks in cheese and then sprinkle cinnamon all over them, which seems to be how most food here is served...

You should also check out Heston Blumenthal's other great recipes, like snail porridge or his legendary egg and bacon ice cream...

Nah, I just get my magnifying glass out every time I go to a restaurant to search for the one or two dishes that don't have cheese or cinnamon in them.

I mean, seriously not every meal tastes better smothered in melted cheese. I'm amazed those pancakes you had the other night hadn't been covered in Swiss and popped under the broiler first...

Andy... No matter what I won't hold the egg and bacon ice cream against you, BUT!!!

The Ketchup thing is just too much... How dare you destroy a good chunk of meat with that stuff....

                      LOL...

I've never understood ketchup with steak myself, and would never have it. But then I'd never have it with eggs either, and my wife seems to love that combo. And then there's eggs with cheese on them. What's that all about?

it's all about the cook not being smart enough to handle actually making an omelet.
